Q. How do I join El Paso Corporation Federal Credit Union?
A. To become a member of the
Credit Union, you will need to complete a Account Card and return it along with a copy of a government issued picture ID (Drivers' License, State ID Card or Military ID).
If a minor, a copy of the Social Security Card is also
required. You must open a share (savings) account with a minimum of $5 initial deposit. To remain a member, you must maintain a $5 balance in your account and demonstrate regular activity. You will have access to all of our services once you open your share (savings) account.

Q. How do I add a joint
owner or beneficiary
to my account?
A. To add a joint owner, you will need to complete a new
Account Card and provide a government issued picture ID for all
joint owners. To add a beneficiary, you will need to
complete a new Account Card and provide the necessary
information requested. For any other questions, please
contact the Credit Union.
Q. I no longer work for El Paso Corporation, can I still retain my membership?
A. Yes! "ONCE A MEMBER - ALWAYS A MEMBER".
Q. Can my family members join the Credit Union?
A. Yes! Membership in the Credit Union is open to spouse, children, parents, grandparents, and grandchildren of the primary member.
Q. I am a new member, how long do I have to wait to
apply for a loan?
A. Once you become a member, you are immediately eligible to apply for all loan types.
Q. How do I
apply for a loan?
A. You will need to complete a loan application which can be accessed from our website or at the Credit Union office.
The original application along with verification of income must
be submitted to the Credit Union for processing.
Q. How do I
change my address?
A. All address changes must be made in
writing and mailed to the Credit Union for processing.
