El Paso Corporation Federal Credit Union has joined over 1,200 credit unions to better serve you through Credit Union Service Centers, a shared branching service designed to provide convenient locations and hours for conducting credit union transactions. Shared branching is a cooperative network of credit unions which have joined together and created shared service centers across the country. By sharing facilities, credit unions can offer greater convenience for members to access their accounts at many locations just as if they were at their home credit union. While the Credit Union Service Center network is relatively new, it covers states nationwide and offers over 3,800 locations. At a Credit Union Service Centers, a member will be able to conduct a range of transaction services, such as:

• Make deposits and withdrawals
• Make loan payments
• Make transfers between accounts
• Make cash withdrawals and balance inquiries
• Purchase Money Orders, Travelers Checks and Official Checks (not available at all locations)

Here's How It Works
When you enter a Credit Union Service Centers location to conduct a transaction just simply provide our Credit Union name, your account number, your name as it appears on the Credit Union records, and a valid government photo ID such as a drivers license. A Credit Union Service Center representative will verify your identification and access your account here at the El Paso Corporation Federal Credit Union. It's that easy.

Hours and Locations
Most Centers are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Many have extended hours to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon or later.

Convenience
The Credit Union Service Centers network is great when you are traveling on business or vacation, or simply across town. If you are relocating, retiring to another state, or taking a new job, there is no need to leave your Credit Union, we will be there for you through Credit Union Service Centers.
